"NETELLER Reward Points" Promotion Rules

1. By entering this promotion (the “Promotion”), all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material (the “Rules”). The decision of NETELLER is final and binding in all matters. Correspondence will not be entered into. Please retain a copy of these Rules for future reference.
2. In these Rules, “NETELLER” means Optimal Payments Limited and any of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
3. The promotion period runs from 00.00.01 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) 7 May, 2012 to 23.59.59 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) 1 July, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. This Promotion is open to existing holders of NETELLER accounts ("Members") aged 18 years or over (or the age of majority in the Member's country of residence, whichever is greater) only. Employees of NETELLER (or its group companies), its agencies, anyone professionally associated with the promotion, and their respective families are not permitted to enter. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries made during the Promotion Period.
5. In order to enter the Promotion, Members must have agreed to the terms of the NETELLER Rewards Points program and have an online-rewards account. If you do not have an online-rewards account, please join now by signing in to your NETELLER account.
6. Members will be awarded additional NETELLER Reward Points on the following basis:
   
   a) Members must register for a NETELLER Reward Points account and register for the Promotion.
   b) Members will receive 2 times the Reward Points for every 1 USD or equivalent that is transferred to any merchant
   c) When members transfer funds to the following merchants they will receive 3 x the points for every 1 USD or equivalent that is transffered
   d) If a member transfer funds to 10 different merchants, they will earn an additional Reward Point for every 1 USD or equivalent that is transffered (after 10 merchants have been used)
   e) NETELLER Reward Points will be earned in compliance with the NETELLER Reward Points program.
   
   NETELLER Reward Points prizes will be credited directly into the winner’s NETELLER Rewards account.
7. NETELLER reserves the right to delay any bonus points accreditation where there are technical issues outside its control. In this event, NETELLER shall, where reasonably possible, notify participants of such delay via the Promotion website at http://promotions.neteller.com
8. NETELLER reserves the right to invalidate any registrations for this promotion should the Member reverse qualifying transactions, or for abusing the NETELLER Reward Points program or where the Member NETELLER account is not in good standing (negative balance accounts).
9. NETELLER reserves the right to refuse or revoke registrations to any member who abuses the Promotion. NETELLER defines abuse as (but not limited to) the practice of depositing and withdrawing money from a gaming operator’s site with the sole intention of earning additional points and without engaging in bona fide activity on that site.
   
   Any claim by a merchant/operator that you are transferring money to and from their site without bona fide activity on that site will disqualify you from the Promotion. In addition, this behaviour may also result in the cancellation of your NETELLER Reward Points account
10. If who wish to enter this Promotion but you are not an existing Member then you must first sign up for a NETELLER account at www.neteller.com. Once an account has been successfully set up, you will be able to register for the Promotion and sign up for a NETELLER Rewards Program, and thereafter all entries for the Promotion will be awarded automatically by NETELLER in accordance with these Rules.
11. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
12. This promotion is subject to NETELLER's Privacy policy.
13. NETELLER reserves the right to cancel or make any changes to the Promotion or the Rules at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and if circumstances arise out of their control. In this event, NETELLER shall, where reasonably possible, notify participants of such cancellation or changes to the promotion via the promotional website at http://promotions.neteller.com. NETELLER may also opt you into future promotions based on these terms of use.
14. NETELLER accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information and assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in communication or transmission, lost or delayed entries. NETELLER shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statute or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any Member or other person resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion or attempting to participate in this Promotion save in respect of death or personal injury caused by NETELLER’s negligence.
15. By registering for this Promotion, you are agreeing to these Rules and you acknowledge your consent to receive additional email communications relating to this Promotion. If you choose not to receive additional marketing communications relating to this Promotion, please follow the 'Opt-out' procedure described within NETELLER Terms of Use and Privacy policies.
16. This Promotion is governed by English Law. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Any matters relating to the Promotion will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By accepting these Rules you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering the Promotion. NETELLER will not be held responsible for any Member entering the Promotion unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country of residence. If circumstances make this necessary, NETELLER reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion.
